The Hippodrome
The Hippodrome is situated next to the Drava in Osijek. It is accessible via public Transportation. You can take Tram 2 at the city square, and then get off at the 7th stop.
There are more than 30 horses in the club. You can enjoy the seasonal horse races here or enjoy your day playing with the horses.
Osjek Zoo
Zoo VRT Osijek is the biggest zoo in Croatia and it houses over 650 wild animals. The dwelling spaces were tailor-made to match the natural habitats of the animals living there. There is also a diverse animals from different parts of the world like lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, lynxes, bears and wolves.
It is a must to visit this zoo! You can take the boat at the drava to the zoo at the opposite side. The zoo opens from Monday to Sunday at 9 am to 8 pm.
